By signing up for a Kivara Account or by using any Our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following this terms and conditions. Kivara reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the Kivara website. You are advised to check the Terms from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. and if you do not accept such amendments, you must cease using the Services. In this User Agreement, "we," or "us" referred to Kivara.dz. In this User Agreement, "users" referred to sellers, customers and delivers.
Kivara is a marketplace that allows users to sell, buy or deliver. The sale contract is directly between the seller and buyer and the delivery contract is directly between the seller and the deliver. Kivara is not a party to the transaction.
Users must be older then 18 years old.
Customer must pay for the purchased items.
Users must provide full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Kivara may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account.
Seller must include the real photos of the item.
Seller must not share, publish or use customers informations for other use.
Seller is responsible for all activity and content such as photos, images, graphics, written content, code, information, or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or exhibited on or in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
Deliver must submit indendity card or driving license.
Users must not post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or libelous content.
Users must not post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Users must not use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools, data gathering and extraction tools, or other automated means to access our Services for any purpose, except with the prior express permission of Kivara
Users must not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights that belong to third parties affected by your use of our Services or post content that does not belong to you
Users must not harvest or otherwise collect information about users without their consent.
In the event of a dispute regarding Account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to determine or confirm Account ownership. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of your business license, government issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, your status as an employee of an entity, etc.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Kivara cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password
Kivara is free to use.No charges will be collected from customers, sellers and delivers accounts.
When you sell on Kivara you must respect the following rules:
Items must be well described.
The content you provide complies with all of our selling policies and the selling policies set by your government.
Content that violates any of Kivara's policies may be deleted or suspended.
You assume full responsibility for the item offered and the accuracy and content of the listing.
You will not sell and will promptly remove all listings for any product recalled by a manufacturer or governmental agency if the sale of the product is prohibited by law or regulation or the product poses a health or safety hazard as specified by any governmental agency. Kivara has no responsibility or liability for the safety or performance of any product that you list or sell through the Services, including any product that is subject to a recall. You are solely responsible for any non-conformity or defect in, or compliance with any public or private recall of any product you list or sell through the Services.
Items must be delivered to the location mentionned in the order detail.
You must return items if eligible.
When you use customer account on Kivara you must respect the following rules:

You must deliver the items to the location mentionned in the order details.
In case of an order which use paiment after delivery, you will be the responsible of tranporting money from customer to seller.
You must deliver the required goods without any damage.
Sellers can create rules to automate returns, and refunds under certain orders. For all new sellers, in listings where returns are accepted, Kivara will set a default rule that automates the return process. Sellers may remove or customize their return preferences in their account settings within Profile--->Myshop--->Delivery Settings. Where settings have been by default. Return shipping price will be mentionned in checkout page. You agree to comply with our returns policy. The cost of return shipping for an item that is not as described is the seller's responsibility.
Kivara have the right to delete any rerstricted item.
